Instructor
- Machine Learning in Finance (Undergraduate) NYU Tandon School of Engineering, Fall 2026 Undergraduate course on machine learning for financial data: regression, classification, resampling, regularization, tree-based methods, and neural networks. Sole instructor; designed the syllabus, lectures, homework, midterm, and a Kaggle-based final project.
Teaching Assistantships
- Information Geometry and Its Applications in ML, Finance, and Beyond NYU Tandon School of Engineering, Spring 2025 – Spring 2026 Graduate course on the differential geometry of statistical manifolds and its applications to machine learning and finance. Co-designed the syllabus and prepared the lecture slides, course notes, and homework assignments.
- Vertically Integrated Projects: Active Portfolio Management & Mergers and Acquisitions NYU Tandon School of Engineering, Spring 2025 – Spring 2026 Project course in which student teams build quantitative analyses for portfolio management and mergers and acquisitions. Designed the homework assignments and reading list, supervised the teams with feedback in weekly meetings, and handled grading and debugging sessions with the students.
- Q Code: Quantitative Interview Preparation NYU Tandon School of Engineering, Summer 2025 Master’s-level course preparing students for quantitative interviews: algorithmic problems and machine learning fundamentals. Co-designed the syllabus and wrote most of the course content, including worked exercises, assignments, and quizzes.
- Machine Learning in Financial Engineering NYU Tandon School of Engineering, Fall 2024 – Spring 2026 Graduate course on machine learning methods applied to finance. Led the weekly recitations and designed and graded the homework assignments.
- Financial Computing NYU Tandon School of Engineering, Fall 2024 Graduate course on option pricing in C++: stochastic calculus, Monte Carlo simulation, and finite-difference methods. Led the recitations and supported students in debugging and optimizing their pricing code.
Mentoring
I supervise master’s theses, capstone projects, independent studies, and research interns at NYU Tandon.
Service & Outreach
- Mathematics and Programming Tutor Oct 2020 – Apr 2021 Taught mathematics, physics, and introductory Python to underserved high school students; olympiad and advanced-track preparation.
- Mathematics Mentor 2018 – 2019 Coached students for regional and national mathematics competitions; co-organized enrichment events.
